About Kimberly

Kimberly Edman is from the East Coast and studied painting at Pratt Institute. After her studies, she traveled throughout Europe. Upon returning to the US, and she opened up her own gallery in Chicago representing herself and numerous other artists. Her love for painting stems from her passion of farm tables, everyday objects and textiles.

Kimberly explains:

“I am so grateful to have this gift. There is nothing more gratifying to me than painting . When I paint, I feel like I am setting a table for my friends to gather around and relish in life itself. Entertaining gives me great joy and painting is a medium through which I can do that.” 

Kimberly resides in Santa Barbara where she paints on her property outside under the sunshine .
