About Kimberly

Kimberly Edman is from the East Coast and studied painting at Pratt Institute. After her studies, she traveled throughout Europe. Upon returning to the US, she opened up her own gallery in Chicago representing herself and numerous other artists. She lived and worked in California and most recently has settled into Beaufort South Carolina. Her love for painting stems from her passion of farm tables, everyday objects and textiles. She works in Oils and Acrylics and each painting is varnished or glazed which is a unique high gloss finish.

Kimberly explains:

“I am so grateful to have this gift. There is nothing more gratifying to me than painting . When I paint, I feel like I am setting a table for my friends to gather around and relish in life itself. Entertaining gives me great joy and painting is a medium through which I can do that.” 

Kimberly resides in Beaufort, South Carolina with her Husband and Golden Retriever, Chloe.
